Heyworth House

Mr and Mrs Allan take over as Houseparents of Heyworth Boarding House in August. Withtheir son Richard, this year's Head Boy and a key member of the 1st XV, heading to Glasgow University to join his older brother Andrew, they are looking forward to having the time to take on a new challenge. Their daughter Elisabeth, who is 14, is also looking forward to the move. Mr Jim Allan has worked in the Modern Languages Department for 25 years and has taken many school trips to France and Spain. Mrs Ann Allan comes from a background in banking, but has also been well known in the past to a number of members of staff as a very successful childminder.
